September Week 5

An outline of our week. Ellie asked to do more workbook stuff, math and sitting down and learning in general so we now have a goal of things to do daily, she is loving learning!

This week:

Language Arts

• 20 workbook pages from Brain Quest, grade 1
• Read and wrote spelling list 3 times
• Took Spelling quiz and missed ZERO out of 11. I put a bonus word on there which was the one she missed last week, she got it right this week.
• Read 4 books
• 2 capital letter pages (printing work, writing each letter 3 times)
  2 lowercase letter pages (printing work, writing each letter 3 times)
• Read and answered 1 email
• First Language Lessons 5 & 6
  Started lessons from Handwriting without tears

Math

• Lessons 3-10 in Singapore Math

PE

• Ballet Class
• Acro/Tumbling Class
• Played at the park

Arts/Field Trips, Etc

• About 2 hours of Jump Start on the computer
• Did art 3 times this week
• She also played different fun things that include learning like Restaurant (she made a menu), etc.
